H-1b

Our Business Plan for H-1b will have the standard format mentioned in Our Service and will emphasize the following aspects:

• An employer-employee relationship will exist with the petitioning U.S. employer.
• A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is the minimum requirement for the specific position.
• The beneficiary has the required education and if it is the case, work experience that supports the petitioner’s business need.
• The job offer is in a specialized occupation related to the beneficiary’s field of study.

• The investment characteristics.
• The business will be able to create or preserve at least 10 full-time jobs for qualifying U.S. workers within two years.

O-1
